Program Development
Programs that directly impact people’s lives are the core of any nonprofit’s work. They are essential for achieving an organization’s mission. However, nonprofits with limited resources and inconsistent revenue streams struggle to hire and retain senior program talent to align complex strategic roadmaps, coach teams, and drive mission-critical deliverables. An effective, cost-efficient solution is to bring in a fractional program manager. This role unlocks the organization’s potential, without the need for an ongoing full-time commitment.
Project Management
An increasingly common scenario: a nonprofit secures funding for a legal aid or justice technology project, yet without a dedicated project manager and with internal managers stretched thin, implementation is at risk. As freelance project management consultants, we can step in to drive the project from planning to execution, ensuring funding transforms into tangible impact.
Community Outreach
Effective community outreach bridges the gap between resources and the people who need them. We partner with nonprofits to develop outreach strategies that engage underserved communities, enable stronger connections and trust, and increase visibility of programs and services.
Our Approach
Our approach involves a structured process that includes understanding the client's and users’ needs, conducting research, developing solutions and frameworks, and implementing them, while also facilitating client learning and improving organizational effectiveness. Here are the key elements of this approach:
Discovery and Assessment - Listen first. Get to know the client, understand their challenges, and assess the program or project..
Stakeholder Engagement - Engage with relevant stakeholders to gather diverse perspectives and ensure a holistic understanding of the issue.
Data Collection - Gather relevant data, industry trends, and best practices to inform the analysis.
Problem Definition - Clearly define the problem and its scope, ensuring a shared understanding with the client.
Solution Brainstorming - Generate a range of potential solutions based on the analysis and client priorities.
Prioritization - Evaluate the solutions and prioritize them based on their potential impact and feasibility.
Implementation Plan - Develop a detailed plan for implementing the chosen solutions, including timelines, resources, and key milestones.
Change Management - Address potential concerns and resistance to change during implementation.
Continuous Monitoring and Evaluation - Track progress, measuring the impact of the solutions, and making adjustments as needed.
Feedback Loop - Establish a feedback loop to ensure continuous improvement and refine the approach.
Knowledge Transfer - Share insights and best practices with the client's team to build their capacity, and provide ongoing coaching if needed.
