Free Legal Answers is a project of the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Pro Bono and Public Service for low-income users to ask non-criminal (civil issues only) questions online to volunteer attorneys.
Users are asked to answer a series of questions in order to qualify to create an account and ask their legal questions. When a volunteer lawyer responds to the question, the user receives an email to login to their account and view the response.
